Mr. Ben Ng Kee Heng was appointed to the Board of the Company on 11 July 2025.

Mr. Ben brings over 30 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with 22 years spent
abroad. He is among the few Asian actuaries to hold dual qualifications as a Fellow of the
Society of Actuaries (FSA) and Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS). He holds a
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Highest Distinction) from the University of
Nebraska–Lincoln.

Mr Ben is currently the Chief Executive Officer of AIA Bhd., one of Malaysia’s leading life
insurers. He oversees the strategic growth and development of AIA Malaysia’s insurance,
takaful, general insurance, bancassurance, corporate solutions and private retirement scheme
businesses, all aligned with the company’s purpose of helping people live Healthier, Longer,
Better Lives.

Since assuming the role in August 2019, Ben has driven transformational growth across AIA’s
distribution channels, leveraging the company’s strong digital capabilities and customer centric
innovations in health and wealth solutions.

Ben joined AIA in 2011 and has held several key leadership positions, including Regional
Director of Business Development, CEO of Group Corporate Solutions, and President
Director of AIA Financial Indonesia. Prior to AIA, he served in various senior roles such as
Country Manager, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer across multiple Asian
markets.

Mr Ben is currently serves as director of AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd., AIA Shared Services Sdn.
Bhd. and is currently the President of Life Insurance Association of Malaysia (LIAM).
